MUSIC: Rita Ora Announces Debut Album
Rita Ora has had an amazing year so far being signed by Roc Nation / Columbia Records and getting two UK No.1 singles under her belt.
She has supported US superstar Drake and UK rock giants Coldplay on tour as well as playing at every major UK festival, including Hackney Weekend, Wireless, and Lovebox to name a few.Rita now prepares to release her debut album ‘ORA’, which features a roll call of producers and artists such as Drake, Chase & Status, Switch, Stargate, Will-i-am, Fraser T Smith and The Dream. Rita said “I can’t believe how lucky I’ve been to work with these amazing people, we have all clicked and had such a good time in making my album.”
To celebrate the release of ‘ORA’, Rita will be playing two exclusive headline shows in the UK, Manchester Sound Control on 29th August and London’s Scala on 30th August, both of which sold out in less than 30 minutes. Fans will be able to see exclusive performances of her best-selling singles and more. Rita will also be making two very special appearances at London’s G-A-Y on 25th August and on her home ground at this year’s Notting Hill Carnvial on August 27th.
