"I know Kung Fu" (fooey, after two months we finally made it to the hour sesh, and only 30 minutes late), but unlike Neo it is going to take more than sticking a probe in our earhole (join us kbfitness.co.uk). What we’re listening to

The woman never stops, not satisfied with her recent number one hit, this week she’s released another her new album and a single with the same name. Check the audio version – tune.
X Factor pulp
The charts are starting to become dominated by the likes of The X Factor exes. Olly Murs, Rebecca Fergurson and judge Kelly Rowland (OK, her tune Down for Whatever is alright) to name a few. All these are a bit too dull for our Friday playlist. So, let’s change the subject, who do you want to win? We’re backing Little Mixx. Tweet us who you like or your thoughts on this year’s show.
December g3 is coming…
Deadline permitting, g3 is out next Wednesday – read it online or pick it up in your local hangout, we will also be giving away FREE tastecards to every reader.
