Claire Harvey Returns the Olympic Park for Albert Kennedy Trust

Claire Harvey-001Paralympian Claire Harvey is making a return to The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, but this time, to take part in the Albert Kennedy Trust abseil from the Arcelormittal Orbit.

The Albert Kennedy Trust is the first charity allowed to organise a fundraising abseil from the iconic structure in the Olympic Park. Standing at over 100m theOrbit is the tallest sculpture in the UK, almost 6 times taller than the Angel of the North!

There are 80 places for AKT supporters to be amongst the first to take the giant leap on Saturday 29th November. As well as getting a fantastic adrenaline rush, you'll also be able to experience the amazing views for 20 miles across London.

Registration for the abseil is £50 and the organisers ask that participants aim to raise an additional £150 through sponsorship.

You can register online and a member of the AKT fundraising team will be in touch to help you with your fundraising and to provide you with all the information for the day.

Individuals and teams are welcome, only 80 places available so book ASAP to avoid disappointment!
